Radar Booster is one of the most useful items in Lethal Company during the early game. Although a Scanner detects the scrap and various monstrosities around you, this item serves as an additional camera. Being used from the ship, it can be used to help your crewmates find their way back. Using various strategies with your crewmates, you can also use them to kill, evade, and stun various monsters.

But what does the Radar Booster do in Lethal Company? Before we dive into that, let’s find out how to obtain this useful tool. Don’t worry, check out our guide that explains how to get and use Radar Booster in this game. So, here’s everything you need to know.

How to Get the Radar Booster in Lethal Company

You can get and buy the Radar Booster by heading to the Terminal Store for 60 Credits. For that, interact with the Terminal on your ship by pressing the E button and typing in Radar Booster. Once done, confirm your purchase by typing BUY.

This tool works like a remote camera to detect all the potential monsters, entities, and other creatures. It’s worth noting that every Radar Booster has its name that can be viewed from the Monitor. These names include Freddy, Sam, Kablam, Bobbie, Daryl, Blue, and Louie. All of these names are chosen and generated randomly.

What Does the Radar Booster Do and Its Uses

There are many uses of Radar Booster in Lethal Company which includes monitoring, luring, and distracting enemies. Considering it makes a Ping noise, note that not only your teammates but also enemies can hear it. You must use this tool strategically whether you are playing with a crew or solo.

Once bought, you can turn on this tool using the left-click mouse button when equipped. You can place it at a preferred location including your ship to lure enemies or teammates. If you are playing solo, it is the best tool to scout locations. But if you are playing it with your crewmates and they can’t find their way to the ship, you can use the ping noise. For that, head to the Terminal and type in “Ping (Radar-Booster’s name)“.

Similarly, you can also use this tool to emit flash and stun your enemies. This will cause an intense flash of light that can stagger some enemies instantly. To do so, type in “Flash (Radar-Booster’s name)” in the Terminal. However, note that it can also potentially blind your teammates, so use it wisely.

That’s everything covered about how to get and use Radar Booster in Lethal Company. If you found this guide helpful, check out our guides on how to make more money, how to get all the Ship upgrades, and explore more Lethal Company Guides in our dedicated section right here on Technclub.
