- First, turn on your PS5, and then press the PlayStation button on the controller.
- You will come across the home screen of PlayStation.
- Now, click on Settings.
- Under Settings, you need to go to “Users and Accounts”.
- Next, click on the Accounts tab.
- Go to the bottom of the screen and then tap on the “Payment and Subscription” option.
