1. First, in the Search bar, type MSConfig.
2. From the list on the top, click on the System Configuration app to open it.

5. Choose one of the operating systems that you want to set as default by clicking on the Set as default button.
6. On the right side in the middle, you will see the Timeout option, under that set the value like 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, or 60. These values are basically seconds, so if you have selected 10 then the boot manager will wait for 10 seconds before loading the default operating system that you have chosen.
7. After that, just click on Apply and then OK to save the changes.

   bcdedit /set {bootmgr} displaybootmenu yes
