You can set a Contact Poster on your iPhone with iOS 17 installed, from the setup screen or the Phone app, and here’s how you can do it:

1. From the Setup Screen

 

• When you open the Phone app on your iPhone after freshly installing iOS 17, a prompt will appear on your screen asking if you want to share your name photo with your Friends, tap the ‘Continue’ button to create a contact poster.
• You will be taken to the ‘Choose your poster’ screen.
• Here, enter your name in the name field.
• Then select an image, Memoji, or monogram to set them as your contact poster from the given option.
• Finally, tap the ‘Done’ button to set an image as your contact poster.

2. From the Phone app

• Open the Phone app, then go to the Contacts tab.
• Here, tap the ‘My Card’ option.
• Now tap the ‘Contact Photo & Poster’ tab and enter your name in the name field if you want.
• Then tap the ‘Edit’ button and select an image, Memoji, or Monogram to set as your contact poster.
• Finally, tap the ‘Done’ button to set your contact poster.

Now whenever you call someone your contact poster will be shown to the recipient and their contact poster will be visible to you.
