How to Identify which Apple Watch Model you have?
You can identify your Apple Watch series or Model either from your Apple Watch back or using your iPhone and here’s how you can do it:
1. From Apple Watch
The easiest way to identify your Apple Watch is to look at the back of the device. You will see some text that includes the name of the series such as the Apple Watch Series 6, and the case size such as 44 mm or 40 mm. Also, you can view the model number, which starts with the letter A and is followed by four digits.
2. From iPhone
In case you can’t read the text on the back of your Apple Watch, you can use your iPhone to check which series or model you have, and here’s how you can do it:
- Firstly, open the Watch app on your iPhone and tap the My Watch tab.
- Then tap General > About.
- Scroll down and look for the Model field. You will see a part number that starts with the letter M and is followed by five digits such as M00H3LL/A or M09A3LL/A.
- Tap on the Model field to reveal the model number that starts with the letter A and is followed by four digits, such as A2292 or A2375.
- You can use the model number to look up more details about your Apple Watch, for example, you can find out which generation, color, material, and band options your device has.
