Resident Evil Village is almost close to release, but since its announcement we’ve all been thrilled with the setting, gameplay, and characters, especially Lady Dimitrescu. After playing the Maiden Demo, in fact, all players wanted to test the game even more, waiting to find out more about this survival horror title. A little more than a month after the release, Capcom comes to our rescue, announcing a new Showcase for this April 15th, which will show us the new gameplay video of Resident Evil Village.
Recently, rumors have emerged about the arrival of a Second Demo, which would follow the first released exclusively on PlayStation 5, entitled Maiden, and which should tell us much more about the gameplay of the title.
Resident Evil Village arrives with the 25th anniversary of the series, and Capcom seems determined to celebrate it in the best possible way. This eighth chapter will return to the dark tones of the fourth chapter, taking up a similar setting and a more action focus.
This new Showcase, therefore, will focus, according to the same software house, on the gameplay of the new survival horror, and above all on gunplay. Ethan’s new adventure will lead him to clash with terrible villagers, threatening vampires, but above all with Lady Dimitrescu’s family and her daughters. What appears to be vampire witches will put a strain on Ethan, who will need all the arsenal that the merchant will sell to survive the adventure.

From this point of view, it will be very important for the player to have solid mechanics from the point of view of the shooting. Even at the plot level, Ethan has grown a lot since the first chapter, and will therefore be a hero more ready to face the terrible creatures that this eighth chapter will put in front of him.
Resident Evil Village will be released on May 7th on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and PC.
