As previously scheduled, Sony has just announced three games for PS4 and PS5 in these recent hours that will be available for free to all PlayStation Plus subscribers in the next month. Check out the list of games coming to PS Plus Essential in October 2022 below.
PS Plus Essential October 2022 Free PS4 & PS5 Games
The new free PS Plus games were officially revealed just a few moments ago for the month of October 2022. Once again, fans subscribed to the subscription service will be able to enjoy 3 new games.
This time around, however, the games weren’t anticipated by a leak from French forum Dealabs (and its well-known user bilibil-kun), but remained shrouded in mystery all along. So what is better than an anticipation if not a real surprise?
Going back to the games, starting next week, subscribers to any plan of the PS Plus, including Essentials, Extra, and Premium will be able to get three games. We are talking about Injustice 2, a fighting game with all the main characters of the DC Comics universe, Hot Wheels Unleashed, the racing game with cars by the Italian team Milestone, and SUPERHOT, the fun action shooter.

Superhot is one of the surprising shooter titles in which time moves only when we do it. You will find strategy and chaos mixed in this title that has already conquered many fans and that, soon, you can try it at no additional cost.
Injustice 2 is the second chapter of the fighting game saga with heroes and villains of the DC Comics universe, in which Batman will once again have to oppose the regime established by Superman, now far from the symbol that many remembered.
Finally, Hot Wheels Unleashed is another game chosen for PS5 players with a dedicated edition, but it will still be redeemable and downloadable by all PS4 players, along with the other two free games of the month mentioned above.
