However, if that didn’t resolve this issue, we have a few fixes to resolve this issue. So, here’s how to fix the quickplay not working in Helldivers 2:
Disable Crossplay
Since this worked out for many players as stated on Reddit and Steam Community, we recommend turning off the crossplay to fix this issue.
For that, follow the below steps:
- Launch the game and head to the Options tab.
- Select the Gameplay option from that section.
- Navigate the Crossplay option and toggle the option.
- Once it’s turned off, save the settings to apply.
- Then, join a public game using the quickplay and check if the issue persists.
Send SOS Beacon
Instead of using the quickplay feature in Helldivers 2, try launching a solo mission and throwing an SOS beacon. As you do so, ask your friends on the PS5 or PC to connect and join the match. This should hopefully allow you to play the game with your friends or other players.
