Is the Laser Cannon Worth It?
Yes, the Laser Cannon is worth using due to its stats and stratagem traits. While being super-effective against unarmored enemies, it’s a great weapon to take down hordes. But as compared to the ballistic weapons, its damage output is slightly less. When using the LAS-98 Laser Cannon, ensure that you are hitting all the weak points of your enemies.
One of the other issues that bugged many players is the cooldown time of Laser Cannon. Since its cooldown period takes about six minutes, it can be a bit annoying. Although it doesn’t require additional ammo, it has to be replaced once overheated. This weapon is more of a support weapon rather than an offensive weapon. We recommend mastering this weapon for its optimal use.
