All you have to do is just hold your finger on the button on the back of the charging case until the light turns orange. Steps to Reset AirPods (2022)

• First, make sure your AirPods and their charging case are charged properly.
  • Note that, if you have already tried to reset your AirPods by pressing the back button and you do not see the LED flashing, then it possibly means that the battery is low. So, try to connect them for 20 minutes to make sure they are functioning properly.
• Now, open the charging case, then press and hold the small button on the back.
  • This little button on the back of your earbuds’ charging case is the key to resetting the AirPods. Simply, press and hold the same button for 15-20 seconds, and the LED light on the case will change from white to orange color.
• Now, make sure to keep the AirPods case away from the phone you are trying to separate from the earbuds when pressing the button on the back. If it is too close to one another, then they will just take up the same data and you will not be able to unlink them.
• That’s it, in this way your AirPods are finally reset.

If you want to pair your iPhone or another device to your AirPods then just bring them close together, turn on the Bluetooth once the Airpods are reset, and then sync them to a new iOS device.
