The 10GB RTX 3080 has 8704 CUDA cores compared to 5888 for the RTX 4070. Additionally, the 3080 has a 320-bit memory bus, compared to just 192-bit for the 4070, which means the bandwidth between GPU and memory is greater on the 3080.
