Use a Web Browser to access your Instagram account
If you are still facing Instagram crashing problems on your iPhone and Android devices even after following the solutions mentioned above, you can then use the web browser to access your Instagram account for the time being as a workaround.
- For your iOS or iPhone device, launch the Safari browser and then go to the Instagram.com website and log in with your user id and password. This time Instagram will not crash on your iOS device while using a web browser.
- Similarly, on your Android device, open the Google Chrome browser and then go to the Instagram.com website and sign in to your account with your user id and password.
