What to do if your Apple Watch gets wet?
Do not heat or use sprays if you accidentally spilled water on your Apple Watch. Clean it with a dry cloth and gently rinse the liquid off the body. Do not insert any cloth or cotton in the openings of the device. Avoid shaking the watch.
The best solution is to keep Apple Watch charging overnight, this will speed up water evaporation. Liquid can impact the sensors and speakers of the watch. For this, you will have to carry it to the care center for repairs. Apple Watch liquid damage is not covered under warranty, be ready to pay the price.
