Sadly, you missed out on the refund window if you bought it on the release day and wish to return it. Regardless, most issues can be resolved if you know how to force restart or factory reset the Apple Vision Pro.

How to Factory Reset Apple Vision Pro
You can securely erase all the data from Vision Pro and restore the device to factory settings. But before we start, make sure to back up your data to restore it later.
So, follow the below steps to factory reset the Apple Vision Pro:
- Once you have backed up your data, head to Settings.
- Then, head to General and head to Transfer or Reset Apple Vision Pro.
- Tap the Erase All Content and Settings option.
- You will be asked to enter the device passcode and Apple ID password. If you forgot your Apple ID password, head to the Apple Support website (link over here).
- Then, tap the Confirm button to erase your device.
- Wait for the device to erase your device which might take a couple of minutes.
This should hopefully resolve all the issues you might be facing. However, if the Apple Vision Pro is not responding, you might want to force-restart the device.
How to Force Restart
Follow the below steps:
- Press and hold the top button and the Digital Crown button until your display turns black.
- Keep holding both buttons when the power slider and Force quit apps appear.
- If the Vision Pro is restarting, the Apple logo will appear on the front display.
- However, keep holding the top button if you don’t see the Apple logo.
- Once the device restarts, check if you are still facing any not responding or technical issues.
