How to Add Dynamic Island to Android

With the launch of the iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max, Apple has also introduced a unique striking feature called Dynamic Island inbuilt into the smartphone. As expected, several apps have sprung up to bring Dynamic Island to Android devices by simulating the effect proposed by the interactive hole for the camera and sensors of the new iPhone 14 series. In this article, you will learn how to add Dynamic Island to Android devices with the help of an app called DynamicSpot.

After the presentation of the iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max, the Dynamic Island feature has been on everyone’s lips. Now, Android users will be glad to know that they can also enjoy the dynamic notification display of the iPhone 14 Pro on their devices too.

However, among apps that come from disreputable developers and others that are very poor in terms of the final effect, there is one, free for all, that stands out for its quality and effectiveness: DynamicSpot, which in fact has already well exceeded 50,000 downloads. Here’s how to use it.

How to Use Dynamic Island on Android Devices

DynamicSpot is developed by Jawomo that adds notifications and animations to the side of the camera hole giving life to the adjacent pixels: then you can just tap to widen the view and read the complete notifications, for example, messages or updates from social networks or multimedia controls.

After downloading DynamicSpot, which has a file size of only 2.7 MB, it just needs a preliminary configuration necessary to work only once, and it can be started by selecting the apps that can be accepted, then you must grant the necessary permissions to recognize incoming notifications and therefore those to create pop-ups that float on other contents by activating DynamicSpot in the “Other services” list. The last step allows you to manage the apps and set the size and position of the pop-ups.

Once the process is completed in a few minutes, you are also informed that the app works without Internet access so your data privacy would seem safe. You can download DynamicSpot for free from the Google Play Store, but it also has a paid Pro version for a price of $4.99 to be able to use it even with the display locked.

That is all you need to know about how to add and use Dynamic Island on Android devices.
