Wonder Woman Game Concept Art Leaked Accidentally by Developer

A developer from Monolith Productions has posted an artwork of the Wonder Woman open world game on his LinkedIn profile.

Wonder Woman was one of the surprise announcements of The Game Awards 2021, although the game then disappeared from the radar. Fans of the DC Comics superheroine, after games like Injustice 2 Legendary Edition have in fact had no more news of the standalone game dedicated to her. Now, a dev from Monolith has accidentally leaked a concept art of the Wonder Woman game, check it out below.

After the announcement of the open world game Wonder Woman, many hoped to see the actress in action soon, and were soon disappointed. Now, however, according to reports now, a concept art of Wonder Woman would have accidentally leaked online.

A developer of Monolith Productions has in fact published an artwork of the game on his LinkedIn profile, as a cover image.

Of course, once fans started sharing the blurry image, the developer removed it, but traces of it can still be found online, which has generated buzz among fans of the DC superhero.

As can be seen in the tweet above, the concept art depicts Diana (aka Wonder Woman) alongside two other versions of the superhero: one in an Amazon suit and the other in futuristic armor.

We already know that the Monolith game will introduce an original story set in the DC Universe, so it will not follow the events seen in the movies with Gal Gadot (and perhaps it’s for the best).

While it’s likely just a coincidence, some fans are speculating that we could learn more about the game during today’s Opening Night Live presentation at Gamescom 2023, but don’t take that for granted.

Wonder Woman will be an open-world world action-adventure, obviously starring the beloved superhero of the Distinct Competition. It will be a single-player adventure, with no multiplayer elements of any kind (but with the Nemesis System).
