The next project by Naughty Dog and Neil Druckmann continues to be shrouded in mystery, which according to the latest rumors may not be so surprising: according to a reliable insider, The Last of Us Part III is in fact currently already in the works. Check out the complete details below.
The Last of Us Part III Rumored To Be In Development
According to a movie scooper and leaker, The Last of Us Part III seems to be already in development, even if it wasn’t clear if it would have been the new upcoming project or if it would have been an eventuality foreseen only for the distant future.
In recent months it had already emerged that the first draft of the script would have already been completed and now, if the rumors were confirmed, the production work for the third episode would actually already be underway.
The insider ViewerAnon, particularly known for his leaks for the Marvel Cinematic Universe and also the recently revealed details on the show of The Last of Us and upcoming video games, has in fact revealed that The Last of Us 3 would be Neil Druckmann’s new game, currently in production at Naughty Dog.
ViewerAnon has so far proved to be particularly reliable for his video game leaks, while admitting that “gaming isn’t my main industry”, which is why his statements have not gone unnoticed by the biggest fans of the series.

The insider then answered some questions from the fans, clarifying that The Last of Us Part III would still come out after Factions, the multiplayer project linked to the saga, while the new Uncharted would not be dealt with Naughty Dog, confirming a leak arrived in the past few days.
UNCHARTED will be handled by another studio, FACTIONS is coming first, not sure on the new IP.
