Cal Kestis’ new adventure may already be in the early stages of development, as Respawn has published a new job offer related to the Star Wars Jedi team, suggesting the possible arrival of the sequel to Survivor. Check out all the details below.
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor Sequel is Already in Development at Respawn
Respawn Entertainment has published several hob advertisements for specialists in the Star Wars Jedi series team. The search for new employees may hint at work on the sequel to Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.
Just like the main Star Wars films, the Star Wars Jedi saga was also designed to be a trilogy, therefore, Survivor represents the second chapter which also showed the natural evolution of the protagonist compared to the first episode. And after the enthusiasm shown by EA for game sales, the announcement of the third chapter seemed almost obvious.
Among these the most important is certainly that of a “Principal Game Writer,” in which experience of over 8 years is required for the scripts of AAA titles, but also those in which Senior VFX Artists are required.
In early March 2023, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor Game Director Stig Asmussen spoke about plans for the third part of the Star Wars Jedi series. Even before the release of the second game about the adventures of Cal Kestis, the developers had ideas for a sequel.
In short, it seems clear that Respawn has begun to prepare the ground for the final adventure of Cal Kestis, and obviously we cannot know for sure when it will be released, but we will keep you promptly updated as soon as further information is released.
