PS Plus Essential February 2023 Games for PS4 and PS5 Leaked

Here's what the PS Plus Essential games will be in the next month of February 2023, including Evil Dead: The Game, Mafia and more.

We are nearing the end of January 2023, but the announcement of free PS4 and PS5 games offered with every PlayStation Plus plan in February 2023 hasn’t come yet. This has allowed our well-known leaker billbil-kun to come forward and reveal in advance what the PS Plus Essential games in question will be for the month of February 2023. Check out the complete details below.

The video game traditions do not seem to abandon 2023, because the complete list of February’s free games arriving on PlayStation Plus has emerged on the web once again, through the usual source that reveals the free games on a monthly basis.

According to a tweet published recently by the user of the French forum Dealabs who has never missed a preview, in February Sony will offer three games to PS Plus Essential subscribers and a DLC of a free-to-play title.

According to billbil-kun, starting February 7, anyone who subscribes to PlayStation Plus Essential, Extra, and Premium will receive free skateboarding game OlliOlli World for PS4 and PS5, Mafia Definitive Edition for PS4, Evil Dead: The Game for PS5 and PS4 and Destiny 2: Beyond Light for PS4 and PS5.

As mentioned, all of these titles will be redeemable from February 7 to March 6, with Mafia: Definitive Edition likely to be replaced in other regions (but not in Europe, most likely). A really not bad selection given that OlliOlli World is relatively recent and Mafia Definitive Edition is still a very important title, even if it is older.

At this point, the official announcement of the February 2023 PS Plus games should arrive in the next few days, and to be precise in the afternoon of Wednesday 1 February (or at the latest the day before, Tuesday 31 January). We, therefore, await for a confirmation or denial of this lineup from Sony.
