Despite being called a Pokemon rip-off, Palworld features a long list of unique Pals varying different elements. While playing with a party full of the strongest Pals, you can know that a certain team comp is working out for you. But you must have Pals from every element to have the edge over your opponents. Once you know your enemy’s weakness, you can use the element type it is vulnerable to win the battle. To help you with that, check out the Palworld Element Type chart to find out all the strengths and weaknesses of these Pals. So, here’s everything you need to know.
Palworld Element Type Chart
In total, there are nine elements in Palworld as of now. They are as follows:
- Neutral
- Dragon
- Dark
- Fire
- Water
- Ice
- Electric
- Grass
- Ground
The below Type chart can help you figure out what every element is strong or weak against. This can also help you choose the Pals as you battle against Tower Bosses or powerful Pals. You can also find the in-game Type chart by heading to the Survival Guide section in the menu.
So, here’s the Type chart for all the elements in Palworld:
Element Type | Strong against (Deals more DMG) | Vulnerable against (Deal less DMG) |
Neutral | n/a | Dark |
Dragon | Dark | Ice |
Dark | Neutral | Dragon |
Fire | Ice and Grass-type | Water |
Water | Fire | Electric |
Ice | Dragon | Fire |
Electric | Water | Ground |
Grass | Ground | Fire |
Ground | Electric | Grass |
From the above chart, you can find out that having all the element types can help you win any battle. However, the Neutral type isn’t strong against any type making them less useful during battles. Adding more, this type is vulnerable while fighting dark-type Pals. Rather than capturing or finding Pals from each of the elements, you can also breed them for an easier option. As you do so, you will get an egg that you can put in the Incubator to obtain a new Pal.
