Among Us VR Release Date Possibly Leaked by Steam

Among Us VR release date has been leaked in the SteamDB listing and it seems that the title is going to hit Meta Quest and PSVR in November 2022.

The development studio InnerSloth surprised many of its fans late last year when it announced that it was working on a VR or virtual reality version of Among Us, one of the most recent indies that proved incredibly popular. Well, apparently we won’t have to wait long to play it. Now, it seems that the release date of Among Us VR has been potentially leaked by Steam. Check out all the details of the title below.

During The Game Awards 2021, Among Us VR was officially revealed, but after that those in charge of the project had not offered more details about it, such as its release date or launch window, but a hint suggests that it will be ready before 2023. We know this thanks to an entry in the SteamDB, a database that compiles information on moves made on Valve’s platform.

In these recent hours, some Reddit users discovered that there was a very interesting change because information related to the release date was added to the registry of Among Us VR: Thursday, November 10, 2022, which suggests that the game will release on that date.

It is worth mentioning that this date may be imprecise or could change in the following months; however, there are reasons to believe that this date is correct. We say this because InnerSloth is preparing to give more information about the project, which will be presented at the Meta Quest Gaming Showcase, scheduled for next week and it is possible that the launch date will be revealed at the event dedicated to virtual reality.

Also, apparently in some of the gameplay videos of the game, it is possible to see that the progress is going very well and that the development could be at a somewhat advanced stage.

Among Us VR is expected to give a lot to talk about the title and offer a much more immersive experience and new gameplay possibilities, as we remember that now there will not be a broad view of what is happening on the map, but rather a perspective first-person experience.
