During the Gamescom 2021 showcase today, a reboot of Saints Row has been officially announced by the event presenter Geoff Keighley. In addition, the release date as well as on which platforms the title will launch is also revealed.
Saints Row reboot Release Date confirmed at Gamescom 2021
Only a few days ago it was officially confirmed that the colorful and crazy Saints Row franchise, which often has to face the GTA comparison, is returning with a reboot. Today, a new game in the saga has been announced at the Gamescom 2021 event.
The new Saints Row game will be a complete reboot of the franchise, and the release date of the title is scheduled for February 25, 2022. The developer is Deep Silver Volition and the title will be an open-world action game. It is worth mentioning that Saints Row reboot is a cross-gen title, that is, the game will release on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC (via Epic Games Store).
