A new update for Spider-Man Remastered is now available under version 1.002. With this, the recently announced Performance RT mode finds its way into the game.
A few days ago the developers of Insomniac Games considered the action title Spider-Man: Miles Morales with the so-called Performance RT mode.
After a user asked for confirmation that this will also be made available for Spider-Man Remastered only a short time later, the corresponding update is now available for download. This raises the PS5 new edition to version 1.002 and offers you the opportunity to use the Performance RT mode in the title.

Just as it was the case in Spider-Man: Miles Morales, the Performance RT mode also in Spider-Man Remastered ensures that the superhero title runs both in ray tracing and in 60FPS while playing the game. In order to achieve this goal, however, minor technical compromises have to be accepted.
Among other things, the average dynamic resolution is reduced in the Performance RT mode in order to free up resources. In addition, the general level of detail or the number of passers-by on the streets has been reduced.
Spider-Man Remastered was released for the PlayStation 5 and is only available as part of the special editions for Spider-Man: Miles Morales.
