With the game’s release, many players want to know if the Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth demo will carry over the bonuses and save transfers to the main game. Set in a few years before the events of FF7, the demo “Nibelheim” episode is all about flashbacks. While relative, it can take you two hours or more than that to complete the demo version.
But does the FF7 Rebirth demo carry over the bonuses and save transfers? Don’t worry, here’s everything you should know about it.
Does the FF7 Rebirth Demo Carry Over Bonuses?
Yes, the Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth allows you to carry over bonuses from the demo and previous FF games or the demo if you have the saved data on your PS5.
So, here are all the following bonuses to carry over and the saved data you need:
- Kupo Charm – Saved data for Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth.
- Survival Set – Saved data for Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth.
- Ramuh Summon – Saved data for INTERmission epsiode in FF7 Remake.
- Leviathan Summon – Saved data for Final Fantasy 7 Remake.
Note that the above-saved data must be on your PS5 to unlock the above bonuses.
Is there a Save Transfer in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth?
No, unfortunately, you cannot transfer your saves in FF7 Rebirth from the Remake or demo. When you start a new game, you must start from scratch. If you have completed the Nibelheim episode, you can skip that segment in the main game. But sadly, your progress made in the Junon region won’t be carried forward to the main game.
However, you can carry over the above bonuses, it’s a great way to headstart your game.
