With a tweet published this afternoon by the official Twitter account of the franchise, Ubisoft has announced that Assassin’s Creed Mirage, the next chapter of its historic series, has entered the gold phase, which means that the game will release at an earlier date than expected. Check out the complete details below.
Assassin’s Creed Mirage Goes Gold, Will Release Sooner Than Expected
Assassin’s Creed Mirage is certainly one of the most anticipated games of 2023: the release date had long been known to fans of the Ubisoft saga as it was announced through a trailer released in May that the game would land on the gaming consoles on October 12 this year. The cards on the table, however, have been reshuffled in a completely unexpected way.
A few hours ago, Ubisoft said through an official statement that the new Assassin’s Creed with Middle Eastern hues will be available much sooner! In a world that has by now accustomed us to references, it is certainly curious to see a game released earlier than expected.
The development of the game is complete and physical copies are ready for production. Even if a title enters the gold phase, postponements are never to be excluded, but not in the case of Assassin’s Creed Mirage. The release date of Assassin’s Creed Mirag has been brought forward by a week: initially scheduled for October 12, the game will now be released on October 5, 2023.
“Assassin’s Creed Mirage has gone gold and is coming out a week early! On behalf of the entire team, we can’t wait for you to explore 9th Century Baghdad with Basim. Your journey now starts on October 5. Save the new date,” Ubisoft wrote on Twitter.
