Fix 1 – Restart Your Network Settings

  1. First of all, you need to go to the TV Settings menu via the Roku remote.
  2. After that open System and choose the option of Advanced System Settings.
  3. Scroll down and select Network Connection Reset and then tap OK.
  4. Now you need to input the code displayed on the screen to start the reset process.
  5. Once the reset process is completed, the device will restart. At this point, you will get an option to connect to a network.
  6. Now you need to connect to the Wifi network and enter its password and then select Connect option.
  7. Once your Roku streaming device is connected to the Wifi network, check whether the problem is solved.

Fix 2: Power Cycling Your Devices

This method is used to clear the cache of all the devices involved. Check the following workaround to completely power-cycle the devices.
