Google has been hinting about launching the new Pixel Tablet since last year. However, Google is making curious users wait for the specs and release date. But there are a few leaks by a few reliable sources about the features and release date of the new Pixel Tablet and this guide has all the details about it.
The New Pixel Tablet will be of 8 GB RAM at least and will be released after June 2023 according to the leaks reported by “9to5Google”. Additionally, the core processor will be Tensor G2, and it will come with Android 13 installed which is the latest Android version currently. However, the Android 14 public Beta has launched just a few weeks ago. We believe that the new Pixel Tablet will come with the Android 14 version installed in it. Since the stable build of Android 14 will not release anytime soon other than August 2023, we can expect Google to release Pixel Tablet no sooner than August 2023.
The New Pixel Tablet will come in two color combinations – A Green rear case with a Black bezel and a Beige rear case with a White bezel. This color combination matches perfectly with the shades of Android 13 aesthetics. It will have an aluminum body with a nano-ceramic finish giving a shiny appearance that resembles porcelain. When it comes to storage the Pixel Tablet is rumored to be coming with 128 GB or 256 GB storage space options which cannot be extended. Additionally, we might see the new charging speaker dock which will charge the tablet via Pogo pins from the back of the device. More interestingly this dock can convert the Pixel tablet into a smart display. Also, the dock will receive power through a barrel jack. Hence, we might not see the charging adapter in the box.
