Metroid Dread Releases in October 2021
During the Nintendo Direct of E3 2021, we were able to admire Metroid Dread (or Metroid 5) with a very first video that showed us some really interesting action scenes, revealing the release date of the title: October 8, 2021. After a short animated clip, we were also able to admire the 2D gameplay of the game.
In the short sequences, Samus jumps from side to side, running away from enemies and hiding, yet fighting others through his iconic arsenal of weapons.
As always, we leave you with the video at the bottom of the article to admire what is shown, we obviously can’t wait to get our hands on this new and unexpected chapter before Metroid Prime 4.
Yes, this is a 2D chapter, which among other things had already been talked about a lot through various rumors, and which will undoubtedly be appreciated as soon as it arrives on physical and virtual shelves, fortunately considering that the date just announced is also somewhat close.
We are currently awaiting further information for Metroid Dread, hoping to be able to review the game soon and to discover news regarding the mechanics that the game will present exclusively on Nintendo Switch.
