There are two ways of getting Golden Plumes and they are as follows:

• Activating Chocobo Stops
• Wrangling new Chocobos in every region

Activating Chocobo Stops

While traversing and exploring through new areas, you can unlock various Chocobo stops. Be it any new region like Grasslands or Junon, unlock the Chocobo stop to get a Golden Plume. In addition to that, you will also unlock a fast-travel point over there. All you need to do to activate is simply repair it.

• When you encounter a baby Chocobo, follow it to find the Chocobo Stop.
