You can obtain High Quality Oil as a drop from capturing or killing specific Pals around the world. So, here are all the following Pals that can drop this item:

- Flambelle
- Mammorest
Considering almost all the Pals in the above list are higher-tier difficulty, ensure to be well-equipped before fighting them. While most of them can be found in the end-game, finding Mammorest and Flambelle is a piece of cake. These Pals can drop 5-6 High quality oil as you beat or capture them.
Alternatively, you can also buy High Quality Oil in Palworld from the Wandering Merchants. You can head to the Duneshelter located in the Sand Dunes to find and interact with them.
