Nvidia Geforce RTX 4060 Ti Will Release Late May 2023 – Rumor

According to a leaked document, the GeForce RTX 4060 Ti graphics cards will release or could be presented by the end of May 2023.

Some confirmations are emerging of the imminent release of the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti, which is expected to be unveiled by NVIDIA in late May, at Computex in Taiwan. Now, another reliable source gives us a rather narrow launch window for the video card, which could be presented on the very first day of the Taipei event. Check out the complete information below.

Nvidia RTX 4060 Ti to Release Late May 2023

According to the leaked document above, in fact, we can see a series of non-disclosure agreements between NVIDIA and its partners that indicates the announcement of the Nvidia RTX 4060 Ti is set for the end of May, as well as its availability at stores.

The start of add-in-board (AIB) shipments to resellers is set for May 5, which means that in a few days, we will start to see the RTX 4060 Ti GPU appear on the net on the websites of specialized resellers.

In all likelihood, therefore, the RTX 4060 Ti will be announced on May 30, during the Computex opening keynote, which, not surprisingly, will be held by NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang. Starting from the same date, the graphics card will be available for purchase in shops, while the reviews of the GPU should always be published roughly on May 30th.

The document also reveals the existence of the RTX 4060, even if for now the embargoes relating to the latter are generically reported as “TBD”. This suggests that the RTX 4060 is also on its way, even if its launch could be delayed until late June.

According to some rumors, the RTX 4060 Ti could disappoint fans due to a VRAM limited to only 8 GB of GDDR6. The graphics card should have a GPU core AD106-350-A1 with 34 Streaming Multiprocessors (SMs) and 4,352 CUDA Cores. The interface bus of the video card will be 128-bit, guaranteeing an overall bandwidth of 288 GB/s. Finally, the GPU will have an L2 Cache of 32 MB.

On the other hand, the RTX 4060 will have an AD107-400-A1 GPU core with 3,072 CUDA Cores, and it will be a full AD107 GPU, exactly like the one already seen in the RTX 4060 for laptops. It will then have a VRAM of 8 GB of GDDR6 memory at 18 Gbps on a 128-bit interface bus. Also in this case the total bandwidth will be equal to 288 GB/s. Finally, the cache of RTX 4060 will be 24MB, while its TDP will be 110-115W.
