Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom Download Size Revealed
The sequel to the open world released on Switch several years ago, The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, is one of the most anticipated games by fans. Now, however, it’s time to talk about something else, since the actual file size of the download of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom would have been revealed.
It seems that Nintendo has once again updated the file size on the game’s official page. It would no longer be the digital version of the “largest” game ever in console history, as the Big N would have reduced the title’s download size from around 18GB to around 16 GB.
eShop listings in the US, Japan, and other regions reveal that the file size of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom will require approximately 15.9GB of free space.
Compared to Link’s first adventure on Switch, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild (14.4 GB), Tears of the Kingdom is very close, considering also other recent games such as Xenoblade Chronicles 3 which instead occupied only 14 GB file size. However, the record is currently held by NBA 2K21, with its monstrous 41.6 GB download size.
