PS Plus Essential Free Games for May 2023 Leaks Out
As usual, the next lineup of free games for PS Plus subscribers has leaked early. According to the reliable billbil-kun, on the first Tuesday of next month of May 2023, PS Plus Essential subscribers will be able to pick up three more games.
This time Sony did not provide any great hits, but there will be something for fans of racers or multiplayer clashes with traditional swords.
If the games are confirmed, we will be able to pick up GRID Legends, Chivalry 2, and Descenders in PlayStation Plus. So if you were hoping for a big game or a premiere title, this title may disappoint you. Finally, let’s remind you that all the games mentioned will be available from May 2 to June 6.

All games will be available on both PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 gaming consoles. Subscribers can activate them from May 2 to June 6. Until then, you can download the current batch of PS Plus titles, such as Sackboy A Big Adventure, Meet Your Maker, and Tails of Iron. They are also available on both PS4 and PS5 in all cases.
- Chivalry 2 is a PvP title as a PS Plus game that delivers chaotic knight battles with up to 64 players.
- GRID Legends is an arcade racer from Codemasters that was released in February 2022 and is the latest installment in the “GRID” series of games.
- While GRID sends you to the race track in sports cars, you hurl yourself down a mountain on your bike in Descenders.
