According to reports, in fact, the game’s Steam page was recently updated, adding a new notification relating to the required requirements.
The game will use Denuvo Anti-Tamper on PC, the well-known software anti-tampering technology that has been shown to negatively affect the performance of PC games. Gotham Knights was one of the more recent examples, getting rid of Denuvo just days after launch to clear performance bottlenecks.
Now, it’s unknown how much Denuvo will impact The Callisto Protocol’s performance on PC. Let’s just hope it doesn’t become an obstacle for players who want to enjoy the game at the highest possible quality.
