Kena: Bridge of Spirits Delayed Again To September

The planned release of Kena: Bridge of Spirits this August will no longer work, as the developer Ember Lab announced that the game is delayed to September 2021, again.

In a statement today, the studio Ember Lab said that they made a difficult decision in order to further polish Kena: Bridge of Spirits on all platforms. The team is working hard to deliver the best possible experience at the end, which is why players are being asked for a little more patience.

“We have made the difficult decision to delay the release of Kena until September 21st to polish the game across all platforms. The team has been working extremely hard and we feel the extra time is critical to ensure the best experience possible”, the developer writes on its official Twitter account.

“We know many of you are eager to play and we appreciate your patience as the team continues to work on delivering the best version of Kena,” the development team concluded.

The new release date of Kena: Bridge of Spirits is September 21, 2021, for PS4, PS5, and PC.

Kena: Bridge of Spirits is a story-driven action-adventure title set in a beautiful setting with lots of opportunities for discovery and fast-paced battles. Players put together a team of small, ghostly companions, the so-called “Rot.” They develop new skills and new opportunities to change their environment.

Kena herself is a young spirit expert who travels to an abandoned village in search of the holy mountain shrine. There she fights to unlock the secrets of this forgotten community, hidden in an overgrown forest and trapping wandering ghosts.
